This does not mean that you should allow people to look down on you but you can stay on your feet without getting angry. When anger comes, talk to yourself 'am better than this', you can work away at first and get back after dealing with the anger in your mind.
2. BECOME A JOY GIVER
Happiness is not about how much you have. It is more than riches, you can't make people sad and expect to be happy. When people around you are happy, you will definitely be happy too.
3. DO WHAT YOU LOVE
I often tell people that if you face difficulties while doing what you love, you will be willing to face the challenges until you overcome them all but you can easily be defeated if you have less passion for what you do. What you do can always determine your happiness.
4. SPEND YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON WHAT GIVES YOU JOY
People often likes dictating their fellow men happiness but it is in your power to say no and do only the things that gives you joy.
5. SMILE
When you crack a smile, your system feels calm. Smiling releases endorphins, which combat stress hormones. Smile when you hear jokes, don't be too serious always.
